FASCINATION ABOUT HOW TO DOWNLOAD CERTIFICATE FROM OPENCLASSROOM

I renewed our SSL certificate for Exchange but now Outlook won't hook up on any Windows XP equipment. It asks for your username and password and even though the correct credentials are entered it just asks for them all over again over and over as When they are incorrect.
